About 100 people attended the annual Communion Brunch at Monarch Banquets in Yorkville. Presented by the Social Ministry, the brunch featured eggs, bacon, potatoes, hats and broccoli, waffles, coffee, tea, juice and more. Father Jim gave a presentation on “Jesus: Fan or Follower,” and explained the difference between the two. Also in attendance was Monsignor Ronald Bill, 95, who was interim pastor in 2002.
