ITALIAN FESTIVAL 2025: Here’s all you need to know

The annual Italian Festival returns in July with pizza fritta, food, drinks, entertainment, souvenirs, flea market, Buona Fortuna raffle for $10,000 and more.

  •  Friday, July 18: 5 to 10 p.m.
  •  Saturday, July 19: 5 to 10 p.m.
  •  Sunday, July 20: Noon to 3 p.m.

Items requested for Flea Market

The popular Flea Market returns to the Parish Festival Friday through Sunday, July 18-20.

Check your basement, attic and garage for gently used items you no longer need. Items that WILL NOT be accepted (so don’t try to donate them) are: clothing, shoes, large furniture, VHS tapes, books (only children’s, religious and cookbooks will be accepted), stuffed animals, large electronics, televisions or computers.

Items broken or damaged also will not be accepted. Please bag small toys.

Dropoff schedule:

Mondays

  • 9:30 a.m. to noon June 9, 16, 23.
  • 9:30 a.m. to noon July 7 and 14.

Wednesdays

  • 4 to 6 p.m., June 11, 18, 25.
  • 4 to 6 p.m., July 2 and 9.

Saturdays

  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 14, 21, 28.
  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 12.

Buona Fortuna tickets now on sale

Our annual Buona Fortuna raffle campaign is underway. Tickets are $20 with a grand prize of $10,000. Second prize is $2,500 and third prize is $1,000.  You can purchase tickets after all Masses, from ticket sellers, the parish office on the festival grounds. Contact Leigh D’Agostino at 315-737-5965 for information.

Attention bakers: Cafe cookies needed

Once again, we are asking for your delicious homemade cookies to be sold at the Cafe during our Festival weekend. All cookies can be brought to the Salerno Room on at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 17, or to the rectory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you have any questions, contact Mary Rose Leone at 315-527-4711.

Volunteers need to sign up

  • Festival workers: Volunteer forms will be available in church, in the parish office and on the parish website. You MUST fill out a form if you plan to volunteer, even though you have worked at past festivals. Pick up a form in church, at the parish office or you can download it and print it out here.
  • Setup on the festival grounds: 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Erect fencing, tables, chairs, etc. July 14-17.
  • Take down: 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, July 21-23. Remove items from the grounds.

Items needed for the festival can be left in church or dropped off at the parish office during business hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Donations of the following items would be appreciated:

  • Paper towels
  • Napkins
  • 7-inch paper plates
  • 9-inch heavy-duty paper plates
  • 10-ounce coffee cups
  • Dish towels
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
