A concert of remembrance — “Forever and Always in Our Hearts” — was performed at 7 p.m. on All Souls Day, Saturday, Nov. 2.
The concert, honoring all our beloved deceased, was presented by Chelsea Arts Live. It included popular, classical, spiritual and jazz music along with poetry and prayers.
Featured performers were parishioners mezzo soprano Leonarda Priore and trumpeter John Piazza Jr., along with Tom Brigandi, bass; Joe Carello, saxophone/flute; Jimmy Johns, drums; Rick Montalbano, piano; John Krause, piano; Grady Faulkner, baritone; and other of the area’s finest musicians.
